Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Warehouse, Supply Chain is a member of the US Supply Chain leadership team with functional responsibility for Service, Inventory Levels, IFA management and capacity management. This position is key to deliver the target service level by ensuring the finished goods availability while maintaining the target inventory levels to optimize our working capital. It is responsible to lead the tactical Master Production Schedule and balance the capacity by category and sourcing site. It is the link between sales, customer service and the sourcing sites to orchestrate the US supply chain for both the current business and the new initiatives through IFA management.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Service. Provides direction to the supply planning group to ensure finished goods availability required to delivery service levels.
2. Inventory. Establishes inventory targets and mechanisms to maintain buffer within limit, and correct deviations to the objectives.
3. New initiatives management. Coordinates the IFA process to assess cost and feasibility for new business opportunities.
4. Master production scheduling. Leads the tactical production schedule to maintain target inventory and set production targets for the different categories across our production sites.
5. Capacity Planning. Owns the capacity planning to ensure its sufficiency to deliver sales, production and inventory objectives.
6. Inefficiencies. Manages non-performing inventory to minimize write offs and deliver inefficiencies targets as % of sales.
7. Supply Review (IBP). Owns the Supply Review section of the corporate IBP process.

Qualifications:
- Education Requirements:
- Minimum - 4 yr/Bachelor’s Degree preferably in disciplines related to industrial and/or business management
- Preferred – Graduate Degree
- Years Of Experience: 7 years experience in supply chain planning, IBP/S&OP experience with the last three years in a managerial role.
- Must have knowledge of MPS/RCCP planning, finished goods replenishment methodology and industrial engineering methods/techniques.
- Proficient in spreadsheet, database and presentation including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be experienced in working with SAP.
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
- Proven team player, able to work collaboratively at all levels and builds partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, planning, influence, presentation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and must be persuasive in presenting ideas and managing their implementation.
