Our goal is to fortify Puratos' management pipeline by recruiting and nurturing top international talent. We're looking for candidates who have recently completed their studies or graduated within the past 18 months, holding at least a Master's degree (or equivalent) in fields such as Economics, Business Engineering, Law, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering (Bio/Civil). Fluency in English, knowledge of at least one local language, and international experience are highly desirable.
The Journey Begins: Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding
From the moment you sign your contract, we strive to accelerate your integration by engaging you with pre-onboarding activities such as a welcome pack, Puratos Magic kit, and team gatherings. Your first 90 days will be crucial as you get to know the organization and key stakeholders, with support from your Hiring Manager, HRBP, and Mentor.
Diverse Assignments: A Three-Year Adventure
Throughout the programme, you'll be exposed to various assignments within your track and have the opportunity to spend one year working abroad in one of the many Puratos offices across the globe. This will enable you to build a strong network, expand your expertise, and connect with key individuals.
The Learning Path: 70/20/10 Learning Principle
The Puratos Global Graduate Trainee Programme follows the 70/20/10 learning principle: Gain experience via challenging assignments (70%) Build a strong support team and grow self-leadership via developmental relationships (20%) Develop skills, expertise, and leadership through our Learning Portal (10%) Our comprehensive learning offering includes onboarding programs, Puratos University, leadership training, and functional skill development.
