What if I can't set up my password?
Make sure your password checks off all the boxes for our requirements. Double-check you’ve matched the password exactly when setting it up.
Forgot your password?
Click “Forgot your password?” and pop in your email. You’ll get instructions in an email to make a new one.
How to switch up your password?
If you’re logged in, head over to “Options > Settings” and you can change your password there.
Can’t upload your documents?
Take a peek at the file type and size. Some files might be too big or not the right type.
Want to tweak the job alerts hitting your inbox?
In your profile, find “Options > Job Alerts” to adjust or turn off these alerts.
Thinking of deleting your profile?
You can do this in “Options > Settings” once you’re logged in.

What do you need to create a profile?
Just some basics like your email, a password, your name, where you live, and a confirmation code we’ll email you.
Why bother making a profile?
It’s your key to apply for jobs easily, keep an eye on your applications, and get updates from us.
What’s the deal with password requirements?
We have a few rules to make sure your password is sturdy.
How to say goodbye to your profile?
You’ll find the delete option in “Options > Settings” when you’re signed in.
Can you upload different docs for different jobs?
Absolutely. You can tailor your documents for each job you apply to.
Can Puratos recruiters see my profile?
Yep, you can set your profile to be visible to our recruiters when you sign up or in your settings.

Give it about 10 to 15 minutes, especially if you have your resume ready to go.

Log in to your profile to see where things stand and look out for our emails.
Can you apply for more than one job?
Sure thing. Apply for as many as you like and customize your documents for each.

Set up a job alert to get emails about new openings that match what you’re looking for.
When will you hear back from us?
You’ll get a confirmation right after applying and we aim to update you within two weeks.
