The Puratos USA Human Resources organization is looking for an experienced manager of Compensation and Mobility services.  Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the successful candidate will need to be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skilles, have a strong executive presence and be comfortable in a hands-on, high-touch HR organization. 

This role is pivotal to our business’ continued growth in the US market.  Our success leans heavily on our ability to attract and retain top talent in an increasingly dynamic and competitive talent market. Working closely with other members of the Total Rewards and Employee Services Center of Excellence, the Manager of Compensation and Mobility will also serve as a navigator of the relocation and visa/immigration process for inbound/outbound international assignees as well as domestic transfers. 




  • Functioning as the Puratos-US Subject Matter Expert in the areas of compensation and total rewards strategy. 
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners to monitor and administer wage rates across all occupational classifications, including annual salary administration and internal equity analysis and reporting.
  • Designing compensation, rewards and recognition strategies and programs for all employees or targeted groups. Develop base and variable pay structures, incentives and bonus programs and administrative guidelines. Ensure that all compensation, financial reward and recognition programs meet all Federal, State, County/Municipal regulations and industry standards while enabling the attraction, retention, and engagement of highly talented and productive employees.
  • Designing all benchmarking, program development, and administration associated with executive compensation plan delivery; inclusive of executive base and variable pay structures, incentives and bonus programs and administrative guidelines.    
  • Developing recommendations for structural adjustments to pay systems, incentive programs, merit pools and/or bonus pool budgets.  Manage the administration of direct and indirect compensation.
  • Ensuring strong Partnership with Group (Global) HR leaders of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS and with Finance leadership
  • Designing communication strategies and programs related to salary/wage-based compensation practices, policies and procedures.
  • Working directly with the Director of Total Rewards on development, implementation and administration of policies and programs related to expatriates, global immigration and tax compliance, and US domestic relocations.
  • Consulting with external immigration consultant to research global immigration inquires and engage in global immigration opportunities to understand risk and maintain compliance standards
  • Managing the processing and timelines of all immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and international work permits. Liaise with immigration counsel, employees and Group (Global) COEs to develop, execute and communicate immigration filing strategies for individual cases.




  • Bachelor’s in Business or Human Resources Management or related field
  • 5+ years of previous experience in the compensation field
  • Experience building compensation strategies for organizations with multiple locations (preferably global)
  • Fluency in data-driven analysis with the ability to share information with a diverse set of customers, not just others that are analytically oriented
  • Knowledge in HR practices, Visa/immigration policies & procedures, and state and federal labor laws
  • Customer oriented and enjoy building a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Ability to thrive in situations where you can diagnose challenges and problem-solve
  • Ability to express your perspective in writing and in person
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively balance competing priorities
