Position Overview


Based at our Global Headquarters in Brussels, in order to further strengthen our global Marketing team, we are currently seeking a:


Sr. Marketing Executive


Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate for this key function is responsible for the implementation and coordination of marketing strategy in accordance with the annual marketing strategy/plan to meet company objectives.


Key Accountabilities


  1. Assist in planning and execute the annual marketing plan tailored to each customer category: artisan, industry, distributors, food service, etc.,
    • Leverage global innovations and partner’s brand resources to create local marketing activities and drive business.
    • Plan and execute marketing events, e.g. product demo, customer innovation day (including adaptation of global/regional concepts to local country level).
    • Develop and execute a cost-effective annual communications plan including PR and advertising (bakery association, bakery magazines, organisers of exhibition).
    • Co-ordinate new product development, training, launch and follow-up.
    • Responsible for social media, IG/ Facebook and create local website, content update, campaign planning, execution, communication and monitoring in order to build up brand image, increase brand awareness and enhance the exposure quality.
    • Develop and produce cost-effective sales support tools, collateral, visual and written materials. Ensure these to be distributed through the right internal/external channels, within marketing budget/expenses.
    • Partner with sales and technical advisor team to interactive with customers and drive sales growth.


  1. Assist in market intelligence through collection and update of relevant market data and statistics for research and analysis (including consumer intelligence) to develop the market opportunities and/or up-date the product mix.
  2. Organise and coordinate customer events and ensuring to meet customers’ satisfaction




        1. Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
        2. Minimum 3 years marketing working experiences in retailers or FMCG related industry.
        3. Has knowledge of product management
        4. Has knowledge in trade marketing
        5. Has knowledge in digital management
        6. Creative, has initiative and able to work independently.
        7. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
        8. Good communication skill and good command of both mandarin Chinese & English.
        9. Basic knowledge of baking and passionate for baking industry are plus.








  1. 協助制訂年度行銷計畫及執行。針對不同客戶- 專賣店客戶、工業代工型客戶、經銷商,連鎖店、飯店等通路,制定客製的行銷計畫。
  • 利用全球創新和合作夥伴的品牌資源開展行銷活動並推展業務。
  • 規劃並執行行銷活動- 產品演繹、客戶創新日(結合全世界和區域的烘焙概念,帶給客戶全新體驗)
  • 規劃並執行有效益的年度行銷宣傳計畫(包含糕餅公會、烘焙雜誌、烘焙展等)。
  • 新產品開發、培訓、上市及後續跟進。
  • 負責IGFB等社群網站,並且創建官網之內容更新、活動計畫、溝通及監管,已建立品牌形象,提高品牌知名度並提高曝光。
  • 發展具成本效益的銷售輔助工具、視覺和文宣品。
  • 和業務和技術顧問團隊合作,與客戶互動,推動銷售增長。
  1. 蒐集烘焙市場情報,數據和統計資料進行研究和分析,以開發更多銷售潛力或更新產品組合。
  2.  協助客戶活動,並確保達到客戶滿意度。




1.    商業/行銷學位。

2.    三年以上行銷相關工作經驗。食品或零售經驗尤佳。

3.    具產品管理能力。

4.    具業務通路行銷經驗。

5.    具社群媒體管理經驗。

6.    具創造力並能獨立作業。

7.    熟悉MS辦公室作業系統。

8.    具英文溝通能力。

9.    有烘焙基本知識和對烘焙產業有熱情者,優先安排面試
