Position Overview


Based at our Global Headquarters in Brussels/alternative location, in order to further strengthen our global Sales team we are currently seeking an:



Key Account Manager 工業型客戶經理

(New Taipei City, Taiwan) 新北市汐止區


Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for development of industrial customers.



Key Accountabilities 主要工作內容

l   Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work

l   schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. 負責開發新客戶、維繫既有客戶及推廣新商品銷售

l   Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. 觀察市場,適時調整業務銷售.

l   Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. 研究現有及潛在客戶銷售量,提案銷售策略.

l   Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. 依照產品資料庫給予策略價格提案.

l   Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 收集市場同業之產品、價格、運送、技術等各類訊息.

l   Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. 評估銷售結果和市場發展以建議產品,服務和流程.

l   Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 對於客訴,能夠發現問題並能解決問題.提案報告並建議管理者.

l   Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. 參加教育訓練,保持對專業和技術知識.

l   Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and payment collection. 產品示範、報價、訂單及收款事宜.


Profile 工作條件

l   Colleague degree and above 大學及以上學歷

l   At least 3 years sales experiences in food and related industry 至少3年食物/食材產業之業務經驗

l   Business level of English communication is preferred, but not necessary. 簡易商業英文會話,非必須.
