Position Overview

The mission of the Supply Planner is to support the operational excellence pillars in our inbound supply chain through analysis, providing powerful insights to improve our execution, facilitate problemsolving, and streamline changes implementation. This role will coordinate with Demand Planning, Purchasing, and the Production Planning teams to improve efficiencies and achieve target KPIs for Service Level and Production Scheduling compliance.


Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor supply capacity planning (both short-term & long-term)

• Build/Maintain the Master Production Schedule

• Track Production Scheduling compliance (PS%)

• Support the Supply Review portion of our corporate IBP process by collaborating with Demand Planning and Manufacturing Plants

• Provide critical thinking & sound analysis in support of ongoing continuous improvement projects

• Communicate supply challenges & partner with leadership for resolution

• Liaison with the Outbound Supply Chain team on questions of inventory availability/timing

• Liaison to operations for new demand elements such as IFA, promotions, and new launches.



Education Requirements

Minimum - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or related

Years Of Experience

Minimum Years of Experience - 3 years  in supply Chain planning role, materials planning, purchasing, production support

Maximum Years of Experience - 5 years  in supply Chain planning role, materials planning, purchasing, production support

Prior Knowledge/Experience

• MRP/ERP Experience (SAP / Power BI / IBP highly desired)

• Prior experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, and/or Logistics

• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Etc Must have ability to manage large amounts of data via Excel

• Excellent communication skills with various levels of internal teams
