(Junior) SAP CX Support Specialist (m/f/d)

(Sils, Spain)

Your Mission

The main mission consists of following up and resolving support cases on MyPuratos (e-commerce platform) via the Puratos support portal.

What you will do

The CX Support Specialist will be an expert in his/her/their domain from a functional and technical point of view.

The key tasks are:             

• Deal with any issues that may arise with the software, including investigation and diagnosis in close collaboration with our technological partners.
• Serve as a liaison for managing requirements between the business, IT partners, and the development team ensuring the needs of the organization are met.
• Providing system training as required and guidance on projects.

What we expect from you

• Demonstrable Functional Experience in SAP SD
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages like French, Spanish, or Portuguese are an asset.
• Analytic skills for problem-solving
• Well-organized and good time management skills
• Ability to work in an international environment and a team split across the world.
• Knowledge about SAP Cloud for Customers, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Integration Suit, or Adobe AEM as also an asset.
• Willingness to travel: 10%
