- Annual pay based on skills and experience ranging from $89,820 - $123,503.
- 10% targeted annual bonus with potential to receive 200% of your targeted amount based on personal and company performance.

Position Overview:
The Production Manager is a member of the Operations leadership team and is responsible for establishing the direction and providing the leadership for the Production Department.
This individual will be responsible for delivering a strong and robust Manufacturing Excellence Program through Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), and Lean-Six Sigma manufacturing philosophy to ensure a balanced delivery against the strategic Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environmental-Health-Safety, and People pillars.

Competencies/Profile:
- Education experience
- Minimum - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Business
- Work Experience
- Minimum – 5 Years of relevant experience in operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role experience in a production/operations environment
Prior Knowledge/Experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated use of Continuous Improvement, TQM, and/or Lean tools including six sigma, value stream mapping, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto, DMAIC, Kaizen events, etc.
- Must have a proven track record of driving performance in production departments including capacity increases, productivity improvement, and workforce optimization
- Must have a working knowledge of OEE principles and ways to use the information to eliminate repetitive downtimes and drive performance
- Strong experience in the areas of project management and maintenance
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Experience working with SAP
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills. Written and verbal Spanish is a plus
- Proven team player, able to work collaboratively at all levels and builds partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, planning, influence, presentation, and follow-up skills.
