Position Overview:


Create the most value for our customers through the use of resources, products and services which will lead to building a profitable, sustainable business which is aligned with the company’s growth objectives.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Sales Support : Customer Account ownership. Set short and long term objectives for customer. Build strong relationships with customer's R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Senior Management team. Value Creation: Leverage Puratos unique tools to delight the customer: Sensobus for insights, Innovation Centers for collaboration and innovation and the proprietary Taste Tomorrow for identifying future trends. Project Management: Partner with R&D to select winning projects that have a high probability to succeed. % of Importance to the position 60%.
  • Business management: Analyze sales reports and trends. Build and manage budgets (Sales, Travel and Expense, and Headcount) for the region, as well as presentations for internal meetings. Build strategies and action plans to create new markets for strategic innovations, protect existing business and capture new market share. % of Importance to the position 20%.
  • Leadership: It is necessary to live the values of the company and be a role model for the company culture. Given the size and strategic importance of the role, you will work closely with cross-functional resources to rally and grow the customer account.
  • Travel: Lead the relationship in meeting with the customer. Travel often with Puratos R&D to face-toface interactions with the customer.



  • Education Requirements: Minimum - 4 yr/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Years Of Experience: 5-15 years experience in Business to Business or Consumer Products Industry.
  • Keen understanding of financial issues relating to sales and profit. Must be able to analyze and solve problems with a financial perspective.
  • An in-depth knowledge of Marketing and Sales to develop new concepts and ideas for connecting with the customer in creative and goal oriented ways.
  • Excellent oral communication, written, and presentation skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
