Senior Financial Analyst - Budget Control

Key Tasks
 

You will be assisting in all areas of business reporting and analysis, with a focus on annual budget preparation, forecasting and monthly monitoring and analysis
       

  1. Prepare and coordinate the execution of the annual budget and several forecasting iterations
  2. Keep track of all the details that roll up into the full company budget and forecasts, while documenting all the changes for each iteration
  3. Communicate with other departments in creating the Sales and Expense budget/forecast
  4. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of monthly reporting package schedules. 
  5. Prepare and coordinate the completion of the Management Deck monthly
  6. Act as finance business partner for Marketing, R&D and General Admin functions
  7. Analyze variances versus budget and forecasts
  8. Ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management 
  9. Other duties, projects and tasks as assigned

 

Profile/Compentencies

 

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience
  3. Excellent verbal/written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with both internal and external customers (i.e. suppliers, employees, managers, etc.)
  4. Understands and applies general accounting principles, theories, concepts and practices
  5. Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with proven ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  6. Ability to work cooperatively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse and complex environment. 
  7. Strong presentation skills.
  8. Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  9. Ability to prioritize and multi-task with flexibility to adapt quickly to change.
  10. Excellent Power point and Excel skills
  11. SAP or similar ERP system is a plus
  12. PowerBI experience is a plus.
