Position Overview

In order to further strengthen our Sales team in Czech Republic we are currently looking for a:

Sales Representative - Artisans & Semi Industry  

(Klíčany, Czech Republic)

 

Execute (maintain and develop) field sales within the agreed territory to achieve yearly budget goals. Meet with customers to determine product requirements and performance specifications. Organize product and technology demonstrations at customer and oversee them. Pre-negotiate and negotiate contracts with the customers where applicable. In cooperation with customer service provide the customers with a pre- & post-sales service

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage existing customers’ base.
  • Enlarge customers’ base through active prospection.
  • Develop long term partnership relations (internal and external). Therefore, inspire and coordinate teamwork with technical and marketing team (various demonstrations).
  • Plan and organize daily activities according to the number of customers to visit and to the objectives to be reached.
  • Report regularly your activities (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers’ product and service needs, competitive activities).
  • Participate actively in sales meetings.
  • Monitor activities of competitors and report them to management
  • Develop short and long-term sales forecast for customers within the territory
  • Pro-actively oversee invoices to be paid in time and in case of overdue invoices align next

 

Required Competencies

  • List including everything needed for a hire to be successful, for example:
  • First successful commercial experience, preferably in the food or in B2B environment, FMCG (animation of commercial network).
  • Product and range knowledge (technical aspects).
  • Customer minded.
  • Good communicator, open mind
  • Independent. Persevering person, not afraid of prospecting.
  • Enthusiast, dynamic, flexible and result–oriented.
  • Driving license B, knowledge of work with PC,
  • English language knowledge is welcome.
