Position Overview

Observe all Puratos’ GMP’s, SOP’s, and SQF standards. Operate assigned production line as set forth by Packaging Lead, safely and efficiently, while maintaining high quality standards that meet or exceed Puratos’ and customer requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

•   Run assigned line in the most efficient and safe way, ensure the highest quality of product and optimal output of line
•   Making sure that sanitation task for assigned shift are completed to standards set forth by production supervisor
•   Receive, retain and apply necessary training needed to properly maintain line
•   Effectively communicate information to relieving operators, lead, and supervisor as needed
•   Responsible for carrying out any assigned tasked to ensure that production is maintained
•   Pack chocolate as required by daily planning
•   Sanitize department as described in sanitation handbook
•   Ensure that quality is part of the daily work.
•   Ensure that PCU produces and delivers Safe Quality Products
•   Follow GMP’s and food defense guidelines
• . Ensure that allergen control is followed through all the work place
• . Follow proper changeovers/cleaning procedures
•   Ensure that packaging paperwork is properly documented
•   Oversee the running of production lines set forth by Front-line lead
•   Responsible for overall quality of assigned lines during set shift
•   Responsible for assigned sanitation duties
