Position Overview:

Oversee the production of depositing lines during assigned shift based on schedule set forth by production supervisor. Responsible for overall quality during set shift  and responsible for assigning sanitation duties to operators based on sanitary needs of the department.

This position is located in our Kenosha, WI location

Primary Responsibilities

• Run lines in the most efficient and safe manner
• Ensure that quality standards set by quality department are met
• Making sure that sanitation task for assigned shift are completed to standards set forth by production supervisor
• Effectively communicate information to other leads and supervisor as needed
• Ensure production schedule is kept on track along with sanitation.
• Ensure that quality is part of the daily work of production employees at Puratos
• Ensure that PCU produces and delivers Safe Quality Products
• Follow GMP’s and food defense guidelines
• Ensure that allergen control is followed through all the work place
• Ensure that rework is properly handled
• Follow proper changeovers/cleaning procedures
• Ensure that Production paperwork is properly documented
• Ensure that Critical Control Point (Metal Detector) is properly monitored (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Education experience
  • Minimum – High School or GED
• Work experience
  • Maximum – 2 years
