E-Commerce Supervisor

Your Mission

• Manage the growth of the e-commerce business and business development of e-sale by enhancing customer experience
• Develop a plan to increase the sales and numbers, hence manage the sales process and follow up the orders
• Follow and communicate relevant improvements within the world of e-commerce, the competitors, evaluate its impact on Puratos business, and develop actions on e-commerce area
• Analyse collections, categories, customers, and customer suggestions & complaints to improve marketing effectiveness
• Activate the e-commerce platform and following KPIs
• Set up projects to convert social media and website traffic into sales and leads
• Monitor the accuracy of the stock reserved for e-commerce and ensure its order
• Prepare necessary reports on all e-commerce sales and processes
• Report website traffic with various tools and test, develop and implement e-commerce tools (Google analytics, Power BI, Hotjar, Hello Customer, Copywriting etc) being the key driver of digital transformation

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce business, preferably in food/FMCG sectors
• Business fluent in English
• Strong digital skills and capabilities
• Good at communication and being a team player
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge in Google Analytics
• Customer centric focused on customer experience
