Mission and key tasks
As an intern, you will join the Plant Based Solutions UHT R&D team, focusing on plant-based whippable toppings, egg substitutes and beverages. You will closely support R&D managers and contribute to developing new products and improving existing products.
Your key tasks:
- Organizing and conducting pilot on the UHT installation and laboratory trials
- Performing analytical and sensorial evaluations in the laboratory, including shelf life assessments
- Organizing and executing baking trials to facilitate sensorial testing (following comprehensive training)
- Documenting and analyzing results
Who are we looking for ?
- You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science;
- You have laboratory experience;
- You are able to independently manage projects;
- You’re sincerely interested in the bakery and pastry world;
- You have a practical, hands-on approach;
- You are proficient in English.

- Location of the internship: Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium
