The Multichannel Sales Representative will maintain and develop sales within the Artisan and Distributor accounts segment (artisan, regional supermarkets, industrial bakeries, foodservice) for a specific territory through local Distributors, in line with company sales policy. Grow new territories while building mid to large distributor relationships. Develop introductions of new products and concepts to existing and new customers/accounts (portfolio) in order to grow the business. Increase our penetration with artisan and distributors developing sales directly with customers and with the distributor’s sales teams.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers’ base.
  • Develop, maintain, and create new distributor relationships.
  • Enlarge customers’ base through direct active prospection, new product placements and new territory development.
  • Promote our products to distributors, make presentations and give trainings to their sales teams and develop business through ride alongs, promotions, marketing and direct connections with leadership
  • Develop long term partnership relations (internal and external). Therefore, inspire and coordinate teamwork with technical and marketing team (demonstrations…)
  • Plan and organize daily activities and customer visits based on objectives to be reached.
  • Reporting on sales activity (visits, results, market conditions, customers’ product and service needs, competitive activities).
  • Participate actively, with input, in internal and external meetings
