SAP SD / CX Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Mission
The main mission consists of following up and resolving support cases for the Customer Experience and SAP Sales & Distribution domain logged via the Puratos support portal.
What you will do
The CX Support Specialist will be an expert in his/her/their domain from a functional and technical point of view.
The key tasks are:
- Deal with any issues that may arise with the software, including investigation and diagnosis for Customer facing Applications and SAP SD domains in close collaboration with the outsourcing partner
- Serve as a liaison for managing requirements between the business, IT partners, and the development team ensuring the needs of the organization are met
- Perform global template gap analysis and solution design fully compliant with local tax and fiscal regulations
- Providing system training as required and guidance on projects
What we expect from you
- Strong Functional Experience in SAP SD and interfaces
- Demonstrated experience with Brazilian Localization - Brazil country-specific configuration (including Electronic Nota Fiscal) is a serious asset
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Portuguese. Additional languages like Spanish are an asset.
- Analytic skills for problem-solving
- Customer-oriented behavior and good communication skills
- Ability to work in an international environment and a team split across the world
- Well-organized and good time management skills
- Willingness to travel: 10%
