Position Overview

 

In order to further strengthen our Business Development team we are currently seeking a:

 

SAP Domain Specialist - CRM 

(Jakarta, Indonesia or Taipei, Taiwan or Guangzhou, China)

 

To successful implement and support of C/4 HANA CRM application and digital business development applications within the APAC region, with a strong focus on e-commerce.

The ICT Specialist will also identify, analyze, promote and coach improvement projects to improve the performances of the entire Puratos Group.

Key Accountabilities

The CX (Customer Experience)  Domain Specialist will be expert in his/her domain (C/4 HANA CRM) from a functional &  technical point of view with experience in handling ecommerce applications.

Within his/her area of responsibilities the CX Domain Specialist will keep the  CRM Applications Manager/Digital Business Development Application Manager informed about his/her activities.

The key tasks are split in following major areas:

  • Implement an C/4 HANA CRM application in Puratos subsidiaries :
  • Analyze the as-is processes of the company;
  • Draw the attention of the management on the organizational impact as a consequence of the implementation;
  • Propose and facilitate organizational changes if appropriate and needed;
  • Ensure the correct set-up of the C/4 HANA CRM application;
  • Help key users to migrate the old data to the new system;
  • Ensure common rules and data are respected;
  • Propose and develop, where necessary, solutions to gaps;
  • Transfer to the Key users the necessary knowledge to operate the application;
  • Help Key users to test the system and recommend its acceptance;
  • Ensure the necessary documentation is written together with key-users;
  • Record & follow-up authorizations in the system so that sensitive and critical data/processes are protected;
  • Keep the project managers informed about the project progress and issues;
  • Act as project manager when applicable for the implementation in specific roll-out countries to ensure successful roll-out of the CRM application;

 

  • Within his/her domain/competence support from a functional point of view:
    • The current SAP CRM on premise and the Puratos off line order entering tool;
    • The C4/HANA CRM applications to be installed by the HQ;

 

  • Optimize the system used in subsidiaries running the HQ chosen CRM application and help the subsidiaries to use the application in a more efficient way,
    • Analyze and identify improvement & best practice areas within the organization (process, department, branch);
    • Organize post implementation common training sessions;
    • Implement additional functionalities;
    • Stimulate continuous improvement through benchmarking;

 

  • Project management for rollouts of customer experience applications including follow-up of all implementation activities and deliverables by  implementation partners during the different project phases
  • Align with business counterparts (Marketing, e-commerce etc) to ensure understanding of the organization and it’s drivers
  • Understand and support sales flows related to ecommerce end-to-end (front-end application to ERP). Support APAC countries in the MyPuratos project activities, including fitgap, UAT and go-live.
  • Support of customer facing web and mobile applications
  • Assist the business on innovative projects using Agile concepts
  • Work on integrations between the web and mobile platforms and the core ERP/CRM/AI environments in accordance to the business targets and requirements and in coordination with the ICT integration experts
  • Collaboration with the external  partners - hosting partners, payment providers etc.

 

Requirement 要求

Technical And Professional Expertise

  • SAP C/4 HANA CRM experience, minimum 2-3 full life cycle global implementation projects experience;
  • Experienced with SAP implementation methodologies;
  • SAP ERP knowledge in the Sales Distribution (preferred);
  • Backend SAP ECC and S4 HANA Integration experience (preferred);
  • ABAP knowledge (preferred);
  • Translate business requests into a technical solution considering Ecommerce feasibilities, legal (regulations), logistical flows and IT platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology or related majors with a strong focus on analytics;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills of complex and technical concepts; Demonstrates strong command of the English language;
  • Project Management: Agile/Scrum methodologies are highly applicable
  • CMS/e-Commerce platform (Adobe AEM) knowledge is relevant
  • SAP integration experience, API experience.
  • Web based languages are highly relevant: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PHP, .NET
  • Experience in the Outsystems platform is a plus
  • Database Modelling-Programming: SQL Server, MySQL etc
  • 5+ Years relevant experience

  • Quality-oriented and (internal) customer-oriented;
  • Well organized and good time management skills;
  • Willingness to travel about 40% of his/her time;
  • Interested in the latest Technologies.
