Position Overview

Based at China, in order to further strengthen our Business Development team, we are currently seeking a:

Regional Key Account Executive - Industry - Guangdong

区域大客户销售 -工业 - 广东

(Guangzhou, China 中国广州)

Reporting directly to Regional General Manager - South, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for developing the regional industry sales in Guangdong Province of China.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop industrial sales via 通过以下方式发展工业渠道销售额
    1. Develop projects with current & potential industrial customers 发展目前和潜在工业客户的新项目
    2. Visit customers and follow up projects 拜访客户和跟进项目
    3. Provide pre-sales and after-sales service to customers 为客户提供售前和售后服务
  • Regularly analyze sales data to make sure all BU and strategic objectives are achieved. 定期分析销售数据,确保完成所有BU和战略目标。
  • Provide accurate monthly Rolling Forecast to customer service team & supply chain and ensure OTIF service to customers. 提供准确的年度滚动预测给客服团队和供应链,以确保按时完好交付产品和服务给客户。
  • Organize customer demonstration, seminars & events, such as Customer Innovation Day. 组织客户示范会、研讨会和活动,如客户创新日等。
  • Collaborate with R&D/marketing colleagues to collect market data to keep us in front of market trend. 与研发部和市场部同事合作,收集市场信息,保持焙乐道一直处于市场前沿。

 

Requirement 要求

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree (prefer in food science, chemistry, biology or related major) 本科或研究生毕业(优先考虑食品科学、化工、生物及相关专业)
  • At least 5 years of sales/ technical experience in food ingredients business, bakery or patisserie preferred 至少5年食品原料企业,烘焙或西点行业销售和技术顾问经验
  • Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading and writing 英语听说读写流利
  • Good communication skill 良好的沟通技能
  • Quick learner 快速学习能力
  • Good coordination capability 良好的协调能力
  • Flexible & resilient 灵活变通
  • Detail-oriented 细心
  • Flexible to have business trips 可适应经常出差
