TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST 

Your Mission 

Ready to make a real impact? Join us as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Puratos and be the driving force behind our recruitment success at our site in Groot Bijgaarden. Your mission: ensure the right candidate is in the right place at the right time!

Key Accountabilities 

• Talent Acquisition Specialist: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to contract signing.
• Talent Hunt: Source candidates using various databases, screen CVs and conducting interviews.
• Stay Connected: Provide regular updates to the business, Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Business Partners.
• Campaign Creator: Organize recruitment campaigns and employer branding actions to attract top talent.
• Event Enthusiast: Coordinate and participate in job fairs, school visits, and job days.
• Project Participant: Get involved in various HR projects aimed at improving our efficiency, ways of working,…
• Continuous Improvement: Propose initiatives to enhance our recruitment activities.
• Internship Coordinator: Oversee internships and ensure a smooth process.
• Onboarding Champion: Help new hires feel welcome with "Welcome Lunches" and "Welcome Gifts."

Who are we looking for? 

• Up to 3 years of HR experience, ideally in selection and recruitment. Motivated young graduates are more than welcome to apply as well!
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or Social Sciences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities.
• Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
• Fluent in French, English and Dutch.
• Tech-savvy and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Passionate about contributing to HR projects and making a difference
