Join our dynamic Support team where you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving support cases related to planning (IBP/S&OP, MPS, detailed scheduling) and production (shop floor control) through the Puratos support portal. As a functional and technical expert in your domain, you will report directly to the Group ICT Applications Support Manager.
Key Accountabilities
As a SAP PP Specialist in ICT Supply Chain, you will provide:
- Expert Support: Utilize your expertise in SAP IBP/APO, MES, Odoo, and other relevant systems to follow up and resolve support cases for production and planning solutions across Puratos subsidiaries globally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our SAP outsourcing partner to ensure SLA targets are met for your specific domain.
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business process analysis and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and functional designs for various projects and changes, including development.
- Testing: Develop and execute detailed functional and integration test scripts to ensure the robustness of implemented solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing: As the subject matter expert for relevant SAP modules, share your knowledge and provide guidance to others.
- Training and Documentation: Train key users and manage comprehensive key-user functional documentation, including processes and how-to guides.
Who are we looking for?
- Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of SAP IBP (or experience with SAP APO DP/SNP) and in-depth understanding of SAP PP and APO PP/DS. Knowledge in ePP/DS in S/4 Hana is a big plus.
- Integration Skills: Proficiency in Hana cloud integration and practical experience with SAP S/4 Hana migrations is highly desirable.
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with integration to MES applications, Odoo, and ERP-linked processes is an asset.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in an international environment with a team spread across the globe.
- Project Management: Flexibility, stress resistance, and excellent organizational and time management skills to handle complex projects.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10%.
