Your Mission

In your role as a SAP Markets Specialist, you'll be instrumental in bringing cutting-edge applications to local companies and implementing S4/Hana solutions for Sales and Distribution. Your leadership will extend to championing improvement projects, making a positive impact on performance throughout the entire world. What you will do

1. You will be elevating with application roll-out:

• Discover Processes: Dive deep into current processes, uncovering their nuances.
• Change Catalyst: Lead the charge in managing organizational changes during implementation.
• Guardian of Template Integrity: Be the dedicated protector of our application template.
• Seamless Data Migration: Ensure the smooth transition from the old to the new, making it a seamless experience.
• Championing Compliance: Guarantee that common rules and template processes are not just followed but celebrated.
• Ignite Innovation: Your insights will be the spark for creative ideas and development proposals.
• Local Expertise: Infuse our applications with local flavors through thoughtful customizations.
• Knowledge Empowerment: Share your wealth of knowledge with key users, empowering them for success.
• Testing & Documentation Virtuoso: Bring your expertise to the forefront by assisting in system testing and meticulous documentation.
• Reporting Maestro: Implement reporting mechanisms and system authorizations like a true virtuoso.
• Guiding Stars: Take the lead in coaching and inspiring our junior Domain Specialists.
• Project Maestro: Conduct the orchestra of medium to large-sized projects with your mastery.

2. Your Support Journey in Applications:

• SAP Magic: Work your magic with third-line support, showcasing your prowess in SAP.
• Crafting Futures: Write functional specifications that lay the groundwork for new Change Requests.

3. You go the extra mile for system optimization:

• Spotlight on Improvement: Identify key areas for improvement, casting a spotlight on better possibilities.
• Community Architect: Build communities with key users, creating a space for sharing and celebrating best practices.
• Learning Oasis: Create an oasis of learning through post-implementation reviews and engaging training sessions.
• Functionality Enchantment: Enchant the system with additional functionalities, making it even more powerful.

4. Guiding the S/4 Hana Implementation for SAP SD:

• Transition Virtuoso: Lead the symphony of transitioning to S/4 Hana with elegance, especially in the realm of SAP SD.

What we expect from you

• In-depth Knowledge: You possess extensive expertise in the SAP SD functional domain.

• EDI Flows Experience: You bring experience in EDI flows (orders/invoices) is a noteworthy addition to your skills.

• SAP S4/Hana Mastery: Your knowledge extends to SAP S4/Hana, showcasing your proficiency in advanced SAP technologies.

• Language Proficiency: Your language skills cover both written and spoken English

• Integration Know-How: You demonstrate a deep understanding of the integration between different applications and application modules (e.g., SAP) within the specific functional domain.

• Proven Project Life Cycles: With several years of experience, you have successfully navigated through multiple proven project life cycles.

• Willingness to Travel: A flexibility to travel up to 10% is part of your commitment to the role.

• Diverse Application Interest: Beyond SAP, you express an interest in non-SAP and SAP satellite applications (e.g., Odoo ERP, RPA, Proof of Delivery app) in the Sales and Distribution domain.

• Team Spirit and Initiative: You bring a strong sense of team spirit coupled with initiative to drive projects forward.

• Communication and Training Skills: Your communication and training skills are top-notch, facilitating effective collaboration and knowledge dissemination.

• Flexibility and Stress Resistance: Flexibility and stress resistance are integral parts of your professional demeanor.

• Broad Perspective: You possess a broad view and a spirit of synthesis, allowing you to see the bigger picture.
