Internship HR: Junior HR Business Partner
Your internship
What if your internship actually gave you the change to be directly involved in the everyday work? Puratos is looking for an Intern HR to support the HRBP in Groot-Bijgaarden. Having a strong HR-strategy enables us to invest in the competences and talents of our employees, as well as meet the needs and requirements of our partners. It will be your job to assist our HRBP in their daily tasks and help them reach our targets. Some of your tasks will be:
- You will participate to different HR projects together with the HRBP
- You will do data follow up in our HR tools
- You will support the HRBP in their daily tasks and prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Support in all internal communication
- Participating in meetings within HR and with the local teams
- Evaluate the current processes that are in place and do proposals on improvements
Your profile
- You are currently studying in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications or other profiles that fit the requirements.
- You are well organized and structured
- You are motivated and willing to learn
- You are communicative
- You are trustworthy and reliable
- You are a team player
- You speak fluent English plus French and/or Dutch (other languages are a plus).
- You are available for a minimum of 12 weeks, preferably longer
