Internship HR, Training Trainee

Key accountabilities

Thanks to the recruitment team, the best candidates for a particular job, were chosen. Now, it is your job to make sure that every employee remains the best through training. Join our team for an internship opportunity that let’s you be involved hands-on in the different training programs and gives you your own voice. Some of your tasks would be:

• Support in the implementation of a new learning management system (LMS).
  • This will involve a creation of the training offer in the new LMS.
  • Perform test on the system to ensure that the system is ready for end user launch.
  • Launch of a change management project in which users and in particular the learners (end users) receive training and support.
  • Translation of the training offer.
• Administrative support in the coordination, organization and follow-up of training courses organized by the training department Belgium.
• Register trainings in the new system and make reports on the different outcomes.
• Evaluate the current processes that are in place and do proposals on improvements.

Who are we looking for?

• You are currently studying in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications  or other profiles that fit the requirements.
• You are looking for an internship to fulfill your curricula requirements.
• You are well organized and structured.
• You are motivated and willing to learn.
• You are communicative.
• You are trustworthy and reliable.
• You speak fluent English plus French and/or Dutch (other languages are a plus).
