Key Accountabilities
As an HR Business Partner HQ, you will:
- Collaborate strategically with business leaders to tackle organizational challenges and develop strategies for hiring, onboarding, retaining, developing, and engaging talent.
- Build trust by establishing strong relationships with business leaders and Global HR Centers of Excellence, aligning HR processes with Puratos Values & Magic culture.
- Manage HR processes comprehensively, overseeing workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, talent review, succession planning, communication, rewards, career moves, and engagement plans.
- Support workforce and talent development by ensuring efficient workforce management, promoting work/life balance, complying with labor laws, and fostering a culture of leadership, coaching, and feedback.
- Leverage data-driven insights and support strategic projects to improve talent decisions, enhance employer branding, and support initiatives like engagement surveys and competency analysis.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- You bring at least 7 years of experience across various HR disciplines.
- You possess a good basis of legal knowledge.
- Experience in an international company is a plus for you.
- You have a meticulous and solution-focused approach.
- You’re professionally proficient in English (knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a bonus).
- You’re highly motivated to collaborate and build a strong internal network.
- You have the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
- You maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
