Chef de Partie

Mission 

Do you have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and a keen attention to detail?

If you are a talented Chef de Partie, come and join our kitchen team! As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes within your designated station, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and standards.

Key accountabilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and specifications.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage of food and cleaning of equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Assist in menu development, including contributing ideas for new dishes.
• Monitor and control food waste, portion sizes, and quality of ingredients.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle and store food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Who are we looking for ?

• You have a culinary degree or equivalent certification/experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a kitchen would be a great asset, however not mandatory.
• You have a strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• You have an excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• You have an attention to details and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
