As we expand our sales operations, we are seeking a diligent and analytical Business Processes Analyst to join our team.

 

 

Job Overview:

As a Business Processes Analyst within our Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business operations and supporting our digital sales growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, operations teams, and various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and implement efficient solutions that enhance our sales effectiveness.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current digital sales processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve sales efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess process effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analysing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. This may involve using tools like CRM systems, Google Analytics, or other business intelligence software.

Systems Enhancement and Integration:

  • Collaborate with Grpup IT team and relevant stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technologies, CRM systems, and other tools to support sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless integration between sales systems and other business processes to enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and usability.

Training and Support:

 

  • Providing training and support to sales teams on CRM & sales tools, and best practices to help them succeed in their roles. Actively involved in onboarding process for the new sales members.

Project Management and continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously implementing CRM & sales tools in various NEEU countries. Directly managing project implementation and actively involved in developing and refining actual sales tools.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements related to sales processes and tools.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the sales organization and drive initiatives to implement positive change.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Fluent in both English and Romanian  
  • Proven experience (5 years) in business process analysis, sales operations, or a related role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales-related software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and driving positive change within the organization.
