Position Overview

In order to further strengthen our HR Team in Serbia we are currently seeking an experienced:


HR Business Partner

(Belgrade, Serbia)


Reporting directly to the General Manager in Serbia, the successful candidate for this key function is expected to be a hands-on person, eager to further learn and grow with our business.



Key Accountabilities

  • Recruit, train and develop people and act as their regular contact person, and as a business partner of the Serbian Management Team.
  • Lead and implement Talent management and review development plans for all employees
  • Leading Puratos employer branding strategy
  • Participate in the establishment of annual local budgets for HR using Long-Range Workforce plans as references
  • Monitoring the regional labour market trends in terms of compensation and benefits, talent availability etc., and conducting talent acquisition to support company growth
  • Adding and updating various relevant processes based on business needs and on the strategic HR approach
  • Dealing with legal matters within the scope of HR
  • Managing payroll process
  • Keeping track of absences - sick leaves, vacation days etc. 
  • Participating in various projects across Northern and Eastern European regions while closely cooperating with regional HR manager



  • Bachelor’s degree in either Economics, Business or Psychology
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in international companies
  • Experience with different HR techniques (job evaluation - talent management - performance management - competence management - HR systems - etc.)
  • Change management experience
  • Result oriented
  • Knowledge of the Serbian Labour law
  • Business fluent English (written, verbal)
  • Willingness to travel
