Puratos began in Brazil in 1986 with a Bakery and Confectionery factory. The Chocolate factory opened 28 years later, followed by an office with an innovation center in 2020.

Our Initiatives

People First

At Puratos, people come first, and their development is our priority. We implement this through a comprehensive training program, including the Leadership Academy, which aims to humanize and focus our managerial leaders on people.

Bakery Schools

Founded in 2015, the Brazil Bakery School is part of our global initiative to provide professional training for young people in social vulnerability. It offers full scholarships for technical courses in Bakery & Confectionery and post-technical courses in Chocolatery.
