Digital Sales Platform Supervisor

                                                                                                     (Istanbul, Turkey)

Your Mission

• As a result of our rapid growth, you will play an important role in Sales

What you will do

• Act as the Key User and process owner for SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring effective process governance, optimization, and system continuity.
• Coordinate SAP development, integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities with Global IT, Headquarters (HQ), and external business partners.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Global IT, HQ, business units, and third-party service providers to ensure business requirements are delivered effectively and on time.
• Lead process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives for E-Solutions (e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Delivery Note, etc.) in collaboration with external vendors and solution providers.
• Manage the localization, integration, and successful deployment of global projects within local business operations and processes.
• Drive the effective utilization and continuous enhancement of sales and e-commerce technologies, including CRM, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related platforms.
• Oversee e-commerce payment systems and associated business processes, ensuring operational efficiency and business continuity.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor sales and e-commerce performance reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI.
• Actively contribute to digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate end-user training, system adoption, change management, and user support activities to ensure successful implementation and effective use of new systems and processes.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in food/FMCG sector
• Business fluent in English
• Strong digital skills and capabilities
• Good at communication and being a team player
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge in Google Analytics
• Customer centric focused on customer experience
