Position Overview

To strengthen our team in Croatia, we are looking for:

Key Account Manager (KAM) (m/w/d)

(Zagreb, Croatia)

Key Accountabilities

• Develop relationships with existing and new customers
• Develop in-depth knowledge of key customers, their strategy and environment
• Take a leadership role at managing customer-related projects, directing customers and leading employees at all levels of the business
• Negotiate beneficial long-term conditions for customers and Puratos, through creating and communicating value of our offerings both strategically and financially

What we expect from you

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Key Account Management
• Experience in project management and teamwork
• Experience in B2B environment
• Passionate to work with customers in a professional food business environment
• Communication and listening skills
• Entrepreneurial, with initiatives to achieve sales targets
• Understanding Marketing & Business Principles
• Strong capabilities of synthesis and strategic thinking
• Negotiation and value-based selling kills
• English – advanced in speaking & writing
• Understanding food technology is a plus
