Mitarbeiter Customer Service (m/w/d)

 

Deine Mission

 

  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Order-to-Delivery-Prozess
  • Du trägst zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit bei
  • Du arbeitest eng mit diversen Abteilungen und Kunden zusammen

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Professionelle Betreuung unserer Kunden im österreichischen Markt
  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Customer Experience
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität durch die Pflege von Kunden-, Material- und Auftragsstammdaten
  • Unterstützung administrativer und organisatorischer Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft 

 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Auftragsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, z.B. SAP, wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

 

Das erwartet Dich bei Puratos

Bei Puratos schätzen wir Engagement, Talent und Leidenschaft. Für diese Position liegt die Gehaltsspanne für das Grundgehalt €50.000 bis €58.000 pro Jahr. Die endgültige Vergütung kann höher oder niedriger ausfallen und richtet sich nach Faktoren wie Qualifikation, Fähigkeiten und Berufserfahrung.
