The Warehouse Operations Coordinator supports the SAP item creation and revision process for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, packaging, resale products, and non-core items. This role responds to SAP user questions, generates reports, and serves as a key resource for traceability and product recovery activities.
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator also maintains Kosher certification records and supports shipping and receiving operations. The role provides training to team members, assists with MasterControl implementation and maintenance, and serves as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
Primary Responsibilities:

SAP Item Creation & Revision

Support SAP item creation and revision activities for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, packaging, resale products, and non-core items.

Respond to SAP user questions and provide guidance as needed.

Generate SAP reports to support warehouse and business needs.

Traceability, Product Recovery & Compliance

Serve as a key resource for traceability and product recovery activities.

Maintain the Kosher Certificates spreadsheet and request updated certificates as needed.

MasterControl Support
-

Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of MasterControl.

Perform sub-system administrator responsibilities when necessary.

Shipping, Receiving & Operational Support

Complete and support shipping and receiving transactions in SAP.
-

Apply a comprehensive understanding of shipping and receiving operations to support daily warehouse activities.

Provide effective training and guidance to warehouse team members.

Serve as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor, supporting continuity of operations and providing leadership assistance when needed.

Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
-
0-3 years of relevant experience.
-
Food industry experience preferred.
-
SAP Material Master or Product Lifecycle Management experience is a plus.

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using systems such as Redzone and SAP.

Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-
Demonstrated leadership skills.

Physical Demands: Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs; occasional sitting, walking, kneeling, squatting, and standing; constant visual acuity (near/far).
