To strengthen our team in Greece we are looking for a Sales Representative.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Sales Supervisor, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible to promote and sell Puratos Hellas products, solutions, innovations, technical information and services to the Bakers/ Pastry, HORECA channels of his area.
Key Accountabilities
- Sell Puratos products and increase the No of products / by customer and the number of customers.
- Promote and sell different applications/solutions with Puratos products taking into account the specific needs/requests from the customers.
- Participate actively in the organization events/activities for the promotion of Puratos products ( fairs, collective demonstrations, seminars inhouse and abroad).
- Obtain an excellent knowledge of Puratos Hellas product range in Bakery and Patissery and their characteristics and properties.
- Identify and develop new customers beyond our core channels
- Build and maintain excellent Relationship with the customers of his area, act as a “Reliable Partner in Innovation” .
- Register Sales Orders and payment collection according to the rules of the company (rooting & credit policy & timing)
- Deal with customer complaints , involve the relevant internal stakeholders, propose adequate solutions and inform the customer.
- Leverage all the available tools to drive profitable sales ( e.g demostrations, customer visits, sales digital tools etc)
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Food Science or Hospitality Industry
- Fluent in English
- Driving license
- Business level of English communication is a must
- Very good knowledge in MS Office
- Working Experience in Sales 2-3 years at least
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical education on Patissery or Bakery will be considered as plus
- Willing to travel
