Technical Advisor – Patisserie Chef
Your Mission
- As a result of our rapid growth, you will play an important role in Sales
What you will do
- To perform technical demonstration in the patisserie field by using the products of Puratos for all sales channels,
- To give technical advice in product development process and range positioning, together with the R&D and the Marketing departments,
- To follow up closely all local and global patisserie trends and to reflect them by finished products,
- To create pastry recipes in order to develop recipe databank,
- To increase the basic and advanced patisserie knowledge of customers, newcomers, and the local patisserie technical advisor team by frequent trainings,
- To support all patisserie marketing activations as customer & consumer events, digital media, digital platform, PR etc,
- To support all regions in Turkey for the required works.
What we expect from you
- 5+ years production experience in food and patisserie sector,
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills,
- Excellent people management skills to interact with customers, cross-functional teams and third parties,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills,
- Creative thinker with a vision,
- This position requires domestic travel to customer and potential sites,
