Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced and highly talented Senior Patisserie Chef - Innovation Center to join our Innovation Center and play a key role in developing cutting-edge patisserie concepts that inspire customers and elevate market trends.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional who combines technical expertise, creativity, and customer engagement skills to create industry-leading patisserie solutions.
What you will do
- Develop innovative patisserie products, applications, and concepts aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Lead product development projects from ideation and formulation to final presentation and implementation.
- Conduct customer demonstrations, workshops, masterclasses, and technical presentations at the Innovation Center and customer sites.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Create inspiring finished products showcasing Puratos ingredients and technologies.
- Stay ahead of global patisserie trends and translate them into commercially successful applications.
- Support commercial teams with technical expertise during customer visits and business development activities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure high standards of product quality, consistency, and innovation in all developed concepts, present them to the customers.
What we expect from you
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Patisserie Chef, Executive Patisserie Chef, or similar role
- Strong expertise in patisserie production, dessert creation, and product development.
- Proven ability to develop innovative patisserie concepts and bring new ideas to market.
- Experience working with industrial, artisan, or foodservice customers is highly valued.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead customer-facing projects independently.
- Strong creativity combined with a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English is preffered,
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning,
- Able to actively drive and have no restriction of domestic / international travel,
