Area Sales Manager

(Istanbul, Turkey)

Your Mission

• As a result of our rapid growth, you will play an important role in Sales

What you will do

• Carrying out regional sales organization, sales team and distributor/dealer management,
• Regularly monitoring distributor stocks, ensuring accuracy and month-end closing sharing stocks with the Regional Sales Manager within the following month,
• Following the regional sales targets and prepare the necessary plans and take action accordingly,
• Ensuring the collection of sold products in line with the company's maturity policy,
• Managing large customers in the region,
• Ensuring that determined Distributor targets are achieved,
• Acting in accordance with the sales strategies determined by Puratos Turkey,
• Ensuring performance management of distributors and distributor sales teams in the region, to train and coach teams to achieve the desired business goals,
• Sharing sales forecasts for the following 3 months with the Regional Sales Manager every month.

What we expect from you

• A bachelor's degree in business or related subject is required,
• At least 8 years of continuous experience in traditional customer and distributor management in multinational organizations,
• A high level of analytical ability to drive sales efficiencies,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player,
• Preferably business fluent English,
• Open to travel.
