Position Overview

Based at Guangzhou China, in order to further strengthen our operations team, we are currently seeking an:

烘焙测试员

(广州，中国)

根据要求完成产品相关物料烘焙应用、感官、理化、微生物、重金属等项目的检验工作，并确保检验的准确性。

Key Accountabilities

1. 负责对公司原料、成品进行烘焙效果测试，确保公司产品质量符合标准要求，防止不合格产品出厂。
2. 负责对公司物料进行感官、理化、微生物、重金属等相关项目检验，确保公司产品质量符合标准要求，防止不合格产品出厂。
3. 协助研发对新品进行烘焙测试并检验结果的符合性真实性。
4. 对检验原始记录、产品报告负责，及时将测试数据录入SAP系统。
5. 负责留样管理工作。
6. 负责检验项目相关试剂管理、配制和标定。
7. 做好办公区域5S管理工作。
8. 完成上级主管交办的其他事务。

Profile             

• • 食品或者相关专业大专或本科毕业优先考虑
  • 具有2年或以上食品检测经验优先考虑
  • 具有食品检验的基础知识
  • 能熟练使用word、exl、SAP等办公软件
