Position Overview

Based at Guangzhou China, in order to further strengthen our business development team, we are currently seeking an:

技术顾问

(广州, 中国)

应用焙乐道产品开发新配方并向内部员工及客户示范，与客户建立良好的关系，协同销售团队，实现销售目标。

Key Accountabilities

1. 熟练掌握和应用焙乐道公司各种产品的使用方法，并定期开发出新的产品应用配方。
2. 为公司内部员工提供培训，使他们及时了解和掌握最新的产品使用方法及应用配方。
3. 根据制定的行动计划，与销售人员通力合作，通过举办示范会、短训班、CID等活动，为客户提供正确有效的技术支持，如上门解决客户所遇到的问题，配合客户共同开发新配方，培训客户的技术人员等，使客户信赖焙乐道的产品、使用焙乐道产品，以帮助提高产品销售量。
4. 准时按要求使用CRM工具分享示范工作过程，效果，记录后续跟进内容。
5. 准时按要求递交公司要求的各项工作报告。
6. 配合公司内部其它部门关于产品研发和产品推广的示范活动。
7. 工作时，严格遵守时间、以及安全、卫生等方面的制度和要求，包括个人的防护用品（如帽子、手套、口罩等），也包括所有设备、工具、材料和原料的使用、清理和维护。
8. 向上级主管汇报所有的工作活动内容，作出总结，并为以后的工作提出建议。

Profile

1. 高中以上或其它同等学历；
2. 5年以上相关工作经验；
3. 了解烘焙原辅料应用知识为佳；
4. 具有良好的沟通表达能力和演讲技能；
5. 能熟练使用word、exl、SAP等办公软件；
6. 具有良好的协调能力和团队合作精神；
7. 能接受较高强度出差。
