CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Your Mission

You will work across several customer-focused activities of the company and help to grow the business, at the same time aiming to deliver excellent customer experience. You will report to Customer Service Manager.

What you will do

• Take care about customer orders and manage deliveries
• Manage invoicing and credit notes
• Handle quality complaints
• Support Sales with customer follow-up and other sales activities as seminars and meetings

What we expect from you

• Customer focused - a natural in customer service, willing to develop customer relationships and taking initiatives

• Proven experience as a customer service

• Commercial spirit with a proactive mind-set, flexible across the tasks and eager to learn
• Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills in Estonian and English
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT), SAP knowledge will be considered as an advantage
