Position Overview

Based at BanoPuratos UAE, we are currently seeking a:

Sales Executive

(Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates)

 

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the sales process, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and drive sustainable growth across our diverse product portfolio. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and achieving our ambitious business objectives.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Proactively identify potential clients, schedule meetings, and explore new business opportunities across all product categories.
  • Develop and maintain profitable sales growth within your designated portfolio, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business expansion.
  • Investigate and address customer concerns, identifying trends and implementing practical solutions to enhance client relationships.
  • Complete sales applications, gather necessary legal documentation, and ensure timely submission of orders in accordance with price lists.
  • Organize daily schedules and market visits, strategically aligning activities with customer needs and sales targets.
  • Track customer inventories, preparing timely replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels and service continuity.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and gather insights to inform product development and market positioning.
  • Follow up on customer accounts to ensure prompt processing of credit notes and financial transactions.
  • Provide detailed reports to your line manager on daily activities, market conditions, client needs, and competitor activities to support informed decision-making.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, with proven adaptability to changing market conditions and customer requirements
  • Dedicated to providing excellent service, with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
