Position Overview
Based at BanoPuratos UAE, we are currently seeking a:
HR Manager
(United Arab Emirates)
Responsible for managing the full HR function for BanoPuratos UAE, covering end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
The role ensures that all local HR activities are executed in alignment and full compliance with BanoPuratos Regional HR policies, procedures, and frameworks, while meeting local legal requirements and supporting business growth in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with country management to support and execute people strategies aligned with BanoPuratos UAE business objectives and regional HR frameworks.
- Translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives and actions that support organizational performance.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for UAE operations “Manufacturing, Trading & Academic” while ensuring consistent and professional HR delivery.
- Foster a continuous learning culture and lead local learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs and regional learning frameworks.
- Manage timely end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage compensation and benefits in line the regional guidelines.
- Prepare and submit annual HR budget in coordination with Finance and the Regional HR Manager.
- Support annual salary review, bonus, and reward processes in coordination with the Regional Compensation & Benefit team.
- Plan and manage the performance management cycle, supporting managers with goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development planning.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities in accordance with regional recruitment standards, partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Ensure structured onboarding and effective integration of new employees.
- Act as local HR systems focal point, ensuring effective use of HR platforms,
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all HR system inputs, with particular focus on data reliability.
- Own periodic HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and provide ad-hoc HR reports as required by management or Regional HR.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, performance-related cases, and exits in compliance with Labour Law.
- Ensure alignment with BanoPuratos Regional HR policies and procedures while addressing local operational requirements.
- Support local employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives.
- Support change management initiatives.
- Lead the development and capability building of the HR and Government Relations teams, ensuring practices, competencies, and delivery models are aligned with regional expectations.
- Drive continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the HR and Government Relations functions to ensure sustainable HR service delivery.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and flexibility while ensuring full compliance with BanoPuratos Regional HR policies and procedures.
Profile
- 8 to 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, including responsibility for the full HR function, with at least 3 years in a managerial, HRBP or senior Specialist role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Masters Degree is a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural and multinational organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS; Odoo and SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
