Your Mission

To leading & develop Puratos China food service business in order to achieve annual turnover and gross margins objectives within agreed selling cost budgets.

领导和发展焙乐道中国的餐饮渠道,从而在预定的销售成本下完成销售业绩。

 

What you will do

1. Develop & monitor KA business 开发和管理大客户业务:

a) Develop Customer KA business with new projects with current & potential key accounts, with close collaboration with other large account team members

与销售团队,尤其是工业团队紧密合作,开发现有及潜在大客户项目。 主要客户:Yum,星巴克,麦当劳,瑞幸等

    b) Visit customers and follow up projects by using CRM. Monitor all team number digital tool usage

      拜访客户并使用CRM跟踪项目,管理团队数字化工具使用

  c) Make long term plan for Key Accounts, set up short term goals for each team number and key customers

 制定长期大客户计划,并设立短期团队和客户目标

 d) Work closely with Industry & Semi Industry team to win business through tri-angular collaborations.

   与工业/半工业团队及客户三方协作,达成业绩指标。

2.  Regularly analyze market data to make sure we target the right customers and win the right projects.

 汇报和分析市场数据,确保客户及项目方向正确。

3.  Provide accurate monthly Rolling Forecast to customer service team & supply chain, and ensure OTIF service to customers.

   提供准确的月度滚动预算给客服及供应链部门, 保证按时足量供货给客户。

4. Organize customer demonstration, seminars & events, such as Customer Innovation Day.

为客户举办示范会、研讨会及相关活动,比如客户创新日

5. Collaborate with R&D/marketing colleagues to collect market data to keep us in front of market trend.

与研发部和市场部同事合作,进行产品应用的调查和数据收集,以使我们一直走在市场前沿。

 6. coaching KA team to improve sales skills, collaborate with TA manager for all relevant FG creations and arrange customer annual activities ensure meeting customer expectation

   训练培训团队的销售技巧,与技术经理合作,制定大客户产品方向和全年活动计划,确保领导客户的创新活动 并符合客户预期

 7. Winning new projects and improve the success rate, closely work with KA and team for all sancoc projects, making sure all activities and triangular Project are roll out with clear communication flows

   赢得新项目并改善成功率,和大客户紧密合作,与内部开展三方合作,促成项目成功。

 Requirement:要求

  • Language: good command of English in speaking, listening, reading and writing. 英语听、说、读、写流利;
  • Education:Bechelor degree (prefer in food science, chemistry, BA or related major)本科学历(食品,化工,或工商管理专业为优);
  • Experience: at least 10 years of KA sales in food ingredients business, bakery or patisserie preferred.  10年或以上食品原料行业的大客户销售或技术经验,有烘焙或糕点经验为佳;
  • Soft skill:
  • Good communication skill; 良好的沟通能力;
  • Strategic Thinking: 策略思考能力
  • Quick learner; 学习能力强;
  • Good coordination capability; 具备较强的协调能力;
  • Flexible & resilient; 做事灵活而有弹性;
  • Detail- oriented 细心;
