Technical Advisor
(Central Java)
Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for support sales team to increas sales of Puratos Indonesia products to selected customer through a professional and discipline.
Key Accountabilities
Sales Support
- Demonstrating Puratos products in a professional, efficient way with a strong emphasis on the benefits of our innovations and unique technologies.
- Visiting selected customers (artisan, retail and industrial bakeries) to work on well-defined projects and assure the follow-up on projects. Examples of such projects are: training of customers’ employees, implementing bakery programs with retail customers, presenting new recipes and solutions.
- Preparing and giving support during customer visits in a professional, efficient and disciplined manner; troubleshooting when necessary.
Marketing & Product Management Support
- Developing recipes in line with the nutritional philosophy of the company and the market expectations: customer needs and consumer trends.
- Supporting customer events (ex. Taste Tomorrow) with products that delight our customers through creation of new concepts, producing samples of outstanding quality and representing Puratos’ brand and solutions.
- Playing a major role in the organization of workshops/trainings for internal or external customers sharing product knowledge in the most professional way, including the application of presentation and demonstration of skills, emphasizing the benefits of the products.
- Work with marketing and R&D in the development of innovative solutions by testing and implementing new products.
Technical Administration
- Ensuring the creation of reports (including recipes) for each project to facilitate prompt follow-up when required.
- Respecting all policies and procedures in relation to the basic maintenance of tools, machinery and the cleaning plan.
- Proactively participating in the organization and implementation of 5S work methods.
- Should make business report every month , and update it to the holder of the computer

Profile
- High school or above degree;
- 2 years or above relative work experience, be familiar process of bakery, patisseries, and other pastries, and the usage of the baking ingredients.
- With basic computer skill
- Good communication and coordination skill and distributor management skill
- Positive working attitude, can work independently
- Motivated and dynamic
- Travel Days 20 – 40 days per year
