Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Total Rewards Manager to lead and optimize our compensation, benefits, fleet management, outsourced payroll, people analytics, and HR operations. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across HR processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.

Fleet Management

  • Manage company vehicle policies, contracts, and operations.
  • Ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Payroll Management

  • Supervise outsourced payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll vendor management and service level agreements.

People Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce trends, turnover, and engagement metrics to inform strategic initiatives.

HR Operations & Process Improvement

  • Lead HR operational excellence initiatives, focusing on process optimization and digitalization.
  • Identify and implement improvements in HR systems, workflows, and employee services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

 

 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Total Rewards, HR Operations, or related HR functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Good command of MS Office applications (SAP HR or SuccessFactors experience in terms of HRIS management is a plus)

  • Analytical Skills – Strong capability to interpret data, conduct benchmarking, and generate insights through people analytics.
  • Project Management – Skilled in managing multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders across compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
  • Process Improvement – Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined, digitalized HR processes.
  • Vendor Management – Ability to manage outsourced payroll and fleet service providers, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
  • Attention to Detail – Precision in managing payroll, benefits, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Change Management – Capability to lead transformation initiatives and support organizational change in HR practices.
  • Technology Proficiency – Familiarity with HRIS systems, data visualization tools, and digital platforms for HR operations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Customer Orientation – Focused on delivering a positive employee experience through responsive and efficient HR services.
  • Leadership & Influence – Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at various organizational levels.
