Training & Development Manager

Your Mission

Ensure the development of sales force capabilities through office and field training.

What you will do             

• Develop and implement Sales Academy Programs
• Coordinate, implement and ensure the correct application of the How to Sell program      
• Coordinate, Train and ensure PSS program throughout the sales organization                   
• Develop and ensure Digital MDO is executed throughout the sales organization                   
• Promote and generate change management in the sales structure for the adoption of new tools and work processes            
• Collaborate in the improvement of the leadership of middle managers in sales                         
• Demonstrate the benefits to the organization of sales training programs           
• Evaluate in the field and market the correct application and use of taught tools

What we expect from you

• Education level: Bachelor of marketing and/or business or related areas. MBA desirable.
• English as a second language
• 3 to 5 years of experience in:
• Managing, developing and applying training models
• Knowledge of evaluations and development of personnel and programs in the field
• Solid, proven working experience in previous similar roles, ideally being part of a country or regional management teams.
• Preparing and implementing sales & training strategies and plans.
• Sales and Operational experience capable of driving change through digital tools.
• Proven track record leading and inspiring teams, partners and stakeholders
• Experience in Food Industry or Consumer Goods a plus
