Position Overview
- Sales Executives – A&D is responsible for managing and developing the customer under scope assignment.
- Responsible for delivering sales budget of A&D channel.
- Carry out daily sales activities as well as customer-support projects and events to drive sales growth, implementing according to business strategy aligned with Sales Manager.
To strengthen our site in Vietnam, we are currently seeking a
Sales Executive - Artisan and Distributor
(HCMC, Viet Nam)
Reporting directly to A&D Sales Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible:
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve the targets set for his/her area: sales in volume (KG) and value and GM (local currency) if any
- Plan his/her work activities, follow up up sales results and take corrective actions if necessary
- Prepare and execute the work plan with discipline, as part of the daily routine (ex: follow up customer,…)
- Report the achievements, market information (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) as per standarized formats provided by the Company (CRM/SFA).
- Collaborate with the Distributor Sales Representatives to achieve the targets together.
- Collaborate with Technical Department to perform technical support to customer:
- Ensure a great relationship with the Key Customers and Key Development Customers while maintaining sales performance and continuous business development.
- Execute the company strategy and its diverse initiatives (ex: Innovation days, Specific program for specific key customer,...).
- Makes sales forecast (monthly/quarterly) and be responsible for the accuracy of sales forecast.
- Maintain the relationship with all stakeholders (internal & external).
- Respect and ensure the Company’s confidentiality rules.
Profile
- Bachelor degree
- 3 years of experience of working experience at relevant position.
- You have a passion for food and hands-on mentality.
- English is a plus
- You are willing to travel occasionally
- Computer literacy: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
