The Warehouse Operations Driver is responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products while adhering to state and federal CDL requirements. This role combines driving responsibilities with warehouse operations, including product handling, equipment operation, and compliance with safety and food standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Adhere to State and Federal CDL Class A driving requirements.

Represent the company professionally with a clean and presentable appearance.

Safely load and unload products for deliveries, verifying orders at delivery points.

Deliver orders accurately according to assigned routes.

Obtain customer signatures and required payments, depositing funds securely.

Maintain cleanliness of the tractor, trailer, and cargo area.

Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely.

Report unsafe equipment or conditions to warehouse management promptly.

Pick and fulfill customer orders, including manual handling of 50lb products.

Pack and label parcel shipments (e.g., FedEx).

Ensure accurate SAP scanning and data entry for picking, put-away, and replenishment.

Maintain compliance with all warehouse SOPs, food safety GMPs, and defense controls.

Follow inventory control protocols including FIFO, shelf life, and lot management.

Complete equipment training certifications as required.

Ensure cleanliness of work areas to meet food safety standards.

Comply with dress code and all safety regulations.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience

Maintain all required State & Federal CDL Class A driving requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Effective communication skills (verbal, read, and write in English).

Ability to read and understand system instructions and training materials

Thorough, alert, and detail oriented

Dependable and responsible

Strong work ethic

Frequent pushing or pulling of material and/or equipment. Frequent standing and walking.

Self-starter with the ability to work on a team and alone.

GMP & Food Defense, SOP training, SQF Training.

Ability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
