Administrar de forma eficiente los recursos del centro de negocios, así como la gestión de almacenes, órdenes de venta y distribución para brindar un servicio integral y de calidad al área comercial y clientes.

 

Observar y dar seguimiento a las normas y políticas de comportamiento
Comprender políticas y procedimientos internos para llevarlos a cabo
Gestionar, controlar y respetar las medidas de seguridad, higiene y medioambiente
Gestionar y controlar el uso de equipo de protección personal en instalaciones
Gestionar y controlar aspectos legales de la operación del centro de distribución
Permanecer vigilante de posibles riesgos, reportando y gestionando las acciones preventivas o correctivas necesaria
Gestionar y controlar las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento y distribución
Gestionar y controlar la planeación de delivery, transporte y facturación
Gestionar y controlar el nivel de servicio hacia clientes
Manejo y control de inventarios de acuerdo las políticas de correcto nivel de inventario
Gestionar y controlar los procesos de Facturación, Notas de Crédito, Devoluciones
Gestión de Reportes para medición de desempeño operacional y de negocio
Seguimiento a cartera y cobranza
Gestión de alta de clientes
Administración (Servicios, gestión legal y normativa y atención a proveedores de la delegación)

 

Licenciatura en administración o similar

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en: 

Experiencia en Administración
Manejo de inventarios
Control y manejo de SAP 
Atención a clientes 
Industria alimentaria
